Returns and Refunds
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
You have a 14-calendar-day period to return your item from the date of receipt.
You can only return items to KitCielEtoile.com that you purchased directly on the website www.kitcieletoile.com. KitCielEtoile.com products purchased on other platforms must be returned following the applicable return and refund policies.
Ensure that you return the item in its original packaging with all included items as received in the package, such as cables, adapters, accessories, and documentation. Returned items should not have any physical damage.
KitCielEtoile.com will refund the amount spent on the returned items, including the sales tax. Unless there was an error attributable to KitCielEtoile.com, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Starry sky kits with optical fiber lengths of 4 to 6 meters cannot be returned.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
If your item is damaged or defective upon receipt or if it is not the correct item, contact KitCielEtoile.com’s after-sales service for an exchange. Refunds are possible up to 14 days from product delivery.
Returning your item to KitCielEtoile.com
Please include all cables and accessories provided with the item. Use the address on the shipping label received.
Once KitCielEtoile.com receives the package and inspects the item, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. This process may take two to three business days.
REFUNDS
Upon receipt of your return package, it will be opened and its contents inspected. After inspection, the refund for the purchased item/items will be made using your original payment method. Note:
Unless your return is due to an error in processing by KitCielEtoile.com, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
If you paid by credit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your account.
For purchases made using other payment methods like PayPal or Amazon Pay, a credit will be issued to your account. The availability of refunded funds depends on the payment provider’s policy.
If you return items purchased using a KitCielEtoile.com gift card, the refund will be in electronic form as a KitCielEtoile.com gift card.
DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING ITEMS
Items ordered online at KitCielEtoile.com that arrive damaged or non-conforming can be returned to KitCielÉtoilé by contacting the online store’s customer service, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (France Time).
